You have reached the home of Care for kids. Care for kids is a non-profit organisation that was started by friends on the blackberry network as a passionate response to the suffering children of the world. It is a movement with a passion to make a difference,
Care4kidz was founded by Linda Akpidi Ochagla..it was formed through her blackberry phone. It was formed with 24 members. She did this because of the love and passion and care she has for underpreviledged children. She invited some other members to share in her vision and this gave birth to a group called Care4kidz.

Our mission is to make the world a beautiful and condusive place filled with love and care for children. To achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives.
The Care4kidz Benue Project
Above: Pictures from the recent care for kids visit to remote areas of Benue state of Nigeria. The photos show global care for kids carrying out an awareness campaign around villages in nigeria to help educate nursing mothers on the dangers of administering herbal unverified drugs to infants as this has proved dangerous to the health of these babies. This can lead to deseases like liver and kidney failure. By educating these women, we hope that infant mortality rate will be greatly reduced in Nigeria.
The global care for kids team also gave out food items and clothes to the children. We use this medium to solicit help from individuals and organisations who can put a smile on the faces of children, to join us in these campaigns as some of the children cannot afford uniforms, sandals and other school items not to talk of money to feed. The first phase of the campaign started in AKPEHI village in Benue State. We are marching on!
